Make remembering easier.

Capture something: Choose Text, Camera, Photos or Voice on the home screen. Image text recognition happens on your iPhone. Voice transcription needs on-device support for the selected language. Check your source text and tap Save & Organize. The original is saved as a memory and identified plans are added automatically. Clear event times receive a reminder time according to your defaults. You can edit saved results at any time.

Keep a capture local: In the capture page's More menu, choose Save on Device Without AI. No account or API key is required.

Missing a reminder: Check that the task was saved, its reminder is in the future, and notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings. Focus and system notification settings may affect alerts. Saving only a memory does not create a reminder.

AI request failed: Keep your draft, check the connection, and retry. If a usage limit is reached, follow the app's message and try later. Local-only saving and manual task creation remain available. Do not uninstall the app to troubleshoot.

Screenshot shortcuts: Tap the fish avatar to open Settings, then follow the shortcut instructions. On supported iPhones, select the installed shortcut in the system Action button settings. Approve the system permissions when first running it. Actively running the automatic screenshot shortcut recognizes text, sends it for organization and saves the result without another Send button.

Language and voice: The interface follows the system app language and supports English and Simplified Chinese. Choose English or Mandarin on the voice screen. If on-device recognition is unavailable, use text or image input.

Favorites and deletion: Favorite important memories and use the Favorites filter to find them. You can delete a memory, task, draft or original image. Multiple records may use the same image.

Local data: There is no account, cloud sync or system backup. Uninstalling the app deletes its local data. Deleting local data cannot withdraw text already sent for AI processing. See the privacy notice for details.

Backup & Restore: Export an unencrypted archive including original images, import an archive, or restore the previous local version from Settings. Keep exported files safe. Uninstalling removes app storage and its internal backup.

Automatic summaries: Automatic summaries are on by default and can be disabled in Settings. Extraction and summary for longer or multiline content share one request and one app allowance. Memories and plans save first and the shortcut returns; the summary saves afterward. A limited processing budget may skip the summary without discarding the memory. Existing structured pickup cards are not summarized again. A summary failure preserves the saved memory and plans; retry with one tap from details. Local-only saving does not call AI.

AI allowance: Settings shows the latest remaining allowance for this device after a valid response; it is hidden when unknown. It resets on the UTC date. Manual retries count separately.

Feedback and suggestions

Open Settings → Help & Feedback → Feedback & Suggestions, select a category, describe your feedback and submit. Email is optional. Keep the feedback ID for follow-up. Retrying a failed submission will not create a duplicate. You can also contact fish@sztaxs.com.
